| My new conception, table and chair “ROTOR”, has the property of self-transforming in short and high setup by rotating around its horizontal axis. The type of the structure allowing the transformation, called “Ferris wheel”, is light and transparent. The tense spring permits the self-adjustment of the table and the chair to the terrain. In my projects of chairs “VECTOR”, I use the same construction, turned at 45 degrees angle, bringing a new exceptional vision and minimalism. In all my projects I’m seeking for nimbleness, transparency, fine detailing and unusual solutions – all of that I find in the Tensegrity design. |
